Uniform choice pays to its supplier(s) to fulfil the order(s) placed by Customers. Therefore, any Refund or Credit on Authorized Returns shall not be given to the Customer unless, or until Uniform Choice receives full refund or credit from the relevant supplier(s) of the said goods.
All claims, including faulty goods, shall only be considered if such claims are made within 7 days from the date of supply, and made in accordance with Uniform choice’s Returns and Exhange Policy guidelines. If Uniform choice, or its supplier determines that such goods are faulty, then Uniform choice reserves the sole right to determine whether to replace the goods, or to reimburse you for those goods. If Uniform choice, or its Supplier determines that the goods are not faulty, then such goods shall be returned to you without any refund, or credit.
Unless, or otherwise agreed by the Company, all approved refunds shall only be made to the original account used to pay for goods.
Uniform choice reserves the right to change the Returns and Refunds policy anytime without notice.
